Melt the dark chocolate gently until smooth.
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Spoon the melted chocolate onto the parchment into small round circles, leaving space between each one.
Scatter pomegranate seeds generously over the top of each chocolate circle.
Drizzle a little more melted chocolate over the pomegranate to help hold everything together.
Place the tray in the fridge and chill until set.
Once firm, peel away from the parchment and serve or store chilled.
