Method
- Melt the dark chocolate gently until smooth.
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Spoon the melted chocolate onto the parchment into small round circles, leaving space between each one.
- Scatter pomegranate seeds generously over the top of each chocolate circle.
- Drizzle a little more melted chocolate over the pomegranate to help hold everything together.
- Place the tray in the fridge and chill until set.
- Once firm, peel away from the parchment and serve or store chilled.
