Add an orange quarter, a rosemary sprig, a couple of cherries and a star anise to each section of the ice-cube mould.
Pour cranberry juice over the top to fill the moulds.
Freeze overnight or for at least six hours.
Once fully frozen, remove the cubes and keep them in the freezer until needed.
Add one ice cube to a glass.
Pour in cranberry juice until the glass is about half full.
Top up with Schweppes Lemonade.
Add a small pinch of gold dust if you want a subtle festive shimmer.
